Contact Form 7 is the best plugin for Web Designers

If you search through the WordPress plugin store online you will find a lot of contact form plugins to choose from. And I mean a lot, but the best is Contact Form 7 and I’ll tell you why.

One thing is certain and that is that not all contact form plugins are created equal. Some plugins like Ninja Forms are great for beginners who just want an easy way to set up a form by dragging and dropping the fields that they need on the backend of their website.

But when it you want almost complete control on how your form looks and is displayed on your website, the best plugin is Contact Form 7. There’s nothing fancy about this plugin, but it allows you to create your forms by using HTML, which gives you more control than a drag and drop plugin.

Now if you’re a beginner and you just started to dabble with WordPress sites, there’s no shame in using a drag and drop plugin, but utilizing CF7 is the best thing for any web designer. Not only do you create your forms with HTML, there are numerous plugins that make Contact Form 7 even better like Contact Form 7 – Conditional Fields, Redirection for Contact Form 7 and many more. All you have to do is search “Contact Form 7 in the plugins section of WordPress.org to find them.

Another great thing about CF7 is that it’s light weight and won’t slow down your site because it’s not a complex plugin like some their drag and drop competitors. It’s simple and to the point.

I have to also make it clear that I’m not being paid by the developers of CF7. I don’t even know them. I’m just trying to give my fellow web designers the best advice when it comes to creating forms for their current and future clients.

Comment below and tell me which contact form plugin you use.
