A quick and easy way to get a logo
Many of my new clients often need a logo for their business and they will ask me whether I can create one for them or whether I know someone that can help them.
As a web designer creating logos isn’t something that I do. I will typically refer clients to Fiverr because it’s a great place to get a logo created for $20-$40. But if you want to create one yourself namecheap has a free logo creator on their website that’s very easy to use.
In case you’re wondering, namecheap is a web hosting company that I use to host my websites. I also use them for purchasing domains because their prices can’t be beaten,
When it comes to creating a logo on their website, all you need to do is go through a few steps. First, the creator asks for your company name and type of business. The type of business is optional.
Then the logo creator will ask you to pick your favorite font, but it will have you go through six pages of fonts to narrow down the best one.
Next the creator will ask you to pick your favorite color, which is very simple.
The next step will have you add a company slogan if you have one.
The next portion will then have you choose an icon. You can also search for one within their database as well. And you can actually choose up to three icons.
The next screen will show you a bunch of different results and of course you can then choose your favorite logo.
Now of course if this simple logo creator isn’t enough, I would then recommend Fiverr.
